Tour Information

Prices are based on a minimum of 30 paying passengers per coach and are quoted at double, triple, and single occupancy.

Included in your tour:
· Deluxe round trip motorcoach transportation
· Hotel accommodations with baggage handling
· Admissions as stated in tour description
· Services of GNT Professional Tour Manager
· Included means as shown in tour description
Prices may increase if the departure point is greater than 100 miles from the closest Good News Travels motorcoach provider. Tips for Driver and Tour Manager are not included in the price of your tour and are customarily presented at the discretion of the group. Tours included in this brochure are some of our most popular and are subject to availability. Please call your sales representative at 1-800-288-5575 to check for availability. We will customize any itinerary to meet your group’s individual needs.

Travel Insurance & Cancellation Policy
Talk to your sales representative to find out more about our very affordable insurance package that will protect your travel investment. If you have not purchased cancellation waivers and you need to cancel for any reason prior to departure, the following fees will be assessed:
· More than 45 days prior to departure: a full refund will be given
· 45 days – 15 days: 25% of total tour price
· 14 days – day of departure: 100% of total tour price
All international tours, cruises, and tours involving airfare will have a separate cancellation policy.

Explanation of Responsibilities and Tour Conditions
Any person reserving or purchasing any Good News Travels product accepts the condition that Good News Travels reserves to itself the exclusive right to change or cancel itineraries, hotels, and other tour components whenever it is deemed necessary. If this occurs, every effort will be made to offer alternate dates and/or programs.

Revision Fees
A fee of $25 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation. Airline penalties may also apply.
